Sophisticated computation. Questionable table manners.
There is a widely held belief that mathematics is orderly. That numbers, when left to their own devices, proceed in neat columns toward inevitable conclusions. This belief, while comforting, is almost entirely wrong.
Bistromath Works was founded on a different observation: that the most interesting computations occur in environments that have no business producing them. We build computation and agentic solutions to order; lately for the mortgage and real estate trade, which produces more improbable numbers than most industries manage on purpose.
We believe that computation should be powerful without being tedious, accurate without being humorless, and sophisticated without requiring you to pretend you enjoy spreadsheets.
Our approach combines rigorous mathematical methodology with the understanding that the person using the tool is a human being with limited patience and excellent taste.
We maintain the kind of standards that would make a Michelin inspector nervous. Every output is checked, rechecked, and then checked once more.
Bistromath Works is staffed by individuals who chose this particular intersection of disciplines not because it was sensible, but because it was interesting.
He handles the computation. We handle everything else. We have an understanding.
Eddie is our proprietary computational platform. He is, by most accounts, very good at what he does. He is also, by all accounts, aware of this.
Matchmaking, but with underwriting standards.
A matching algorithm for real estate agents: tell it the property, and it tells you which lender will not embarrass you.
Ask to See ItThe kitchen plates it. For now.
An offer-ranking system for listing agents. You send the offers, we send back the order, with reasons. In time you will be able to watch it work yourself.
Request the ServiceSelect one, pay for it, and it is yours.
Doolittle keeps your deals alive.
A deal-side copilot for real estate agents. It preps you before hard conversations, walks you through live deal moments, and debriefs you afterward against a veteran lender's standard; everything you learn compounds quietly in a personal curriculum file. Most deals do not die over the house. They die over the money, and that is preventable judgment.
Acquire the RecipeOne search. Three websites. One table.
Give it your criteria: price range, property type, market, cap rate. It drives your own browser through Crexi, LoopNet, and PropertyDrive, merges the results, dedupes cross-listed properties, and hands back a single table with source links. Built for commercial brokers who are tired of running the same search three times.
Acquire the RecipeInvert, always invert.
An adversarial interview for business decisions, modeled on Charlie Munger. It grills you about the hire, the client, the expansion, or the pricing change by asking what would guarantee failure, refusing comfortable answers, and filing the findings as checklists and tripwires.
Acquire the RecipeSay it how you feel it. Send it how you should.
A writing skill. Vent freely into it; what comes out is measured, professional correspondence that holds the line with difficult clients. Firm without aggression, gracious without surrender.

We will sit down with you, look carefully at your operation, and tell you the truth about it. Gently, where possible. We advise on where AI genuinely helps, where it does not, and how to tell the difference before spending money on it.
Trainings are available for teams who would like the truth delivered to everyone at once.
Reserve a SittingIf you are a prospective client, we would be delighted to discuss how Bistromath Works might be of service. We should warn you that "delighted" is a strong word for us. We are, however, genuinely willing.
If you are an existing client experiencing difficulty, rest assured that someone will attend to the matter shortly. If that assurance is insufficient, rest assured more firmly.
