The service

Bistromath Works LLC provides business subscribers with a text-message assistant that summarizes the subscriber's own email and calendar, prepares draft emails in the subscriber's own account, and keeps notes. The assistant does not send email and does not message anyone other than the subscriber.

Messaging terms

• By signing the service agreement and texting your assigned assistant number, you consent to receive text messages from that number.
• Message frequency is approximately 1 to 10 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact info@bistromathworks.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and use

The service is for business professionals and their business use. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for reviewing any draft before you send it from your own email account.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice to subscribers. Either party may end the service under the service agreement; on termination we delete your workspace as described in the Privacy Policy.
