Privacy Policy

This policy covers the text-message assistant service that Bistromath Works LLC ("we," "us") provides to its business subscribers, and the phone numbers, messages, and account data involved in that service.

What we collect

• Your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided when you sign up.
• The text messages you exchange with your assistant number.
• With your explicit authorization, read access to the Gmail and Google Calendar account you connect, so the assistant can summarize mail and appointments and prepare draft replies for you. The assistant cannot send email on your behalf.
• Notes the assistant keeps about your contacts and conversations, stored in your own private workspace on our infrastructure.

How we use it

To operate the service for you: answering your texts, sending your scheduled daily summary, preparing drafts, and maintaining your notes. We use a small number of third-party processors, listed below, solely to deliver the service.

Service providers

• Cloud hosting (Railway) for your private workspace.
• Text-message delivery (Twilio), the carrier connection behind your assistant's number.
• An authorized Google API integration partner (Composio) that holds the Google connection you grant and passes the assistant only what you authorized.
• AI model providers that write summaries and drafts, reached through OpenRouter with data retention and model training disabled. We select providers that do not retain or train on your data.
• TypeSafe AI, whose Jev model checks every text before it is sent to you, so that internal system details or the assistant's working notes never reach your phone. It receives only the text of that one outgoing message and returns a score. It does not see your inbox, calendar, contacts, or notes.
• Voice transcription (Groq), only when you send a voice message, to turn it into text.
• Payment processing (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
• Uptime monitoring (Healthchecks.io), which receives heartbeat signals from your assistant, never message content.

Mobile numbers and text messaging

• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with any third party, including affiliates, for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency: approximately 1 to 10 messages per day, including one scheduled daily summary and replies to messages you send.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

Your Google data

Access to your Google account is granted by you through Google's consent screen and can be revoked at any time from your Google Account security settings. We request only read access to mail and calendar and the ability to create drafts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace and message history are kept while you are a subscriber. When you cancel, we delete your workspace and revoke the Google connection within 30 days, and we can provide you an export of your notes on request.
